1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible product. Any return request initiated after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Important Note on Damaged Items: To help us process claims for damaged or missing items quickly, we highly recommend taking a clear unboxing video of your package upon arrival. This serves as strong evidence and helps us resolve your issue faster.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and other reasons, the following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items.
  • Personal grooming tools.
  • Headphones and earphones.
  • Undergarments and socks.
  • Products marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or any other final sale promotion.
  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is highly recommended for damage claims.
  3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions and arrange for a reverse pickup.

5. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • We will notify you via email about the status of your return (approved or rejected) after the inspection is complete.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

6. Refund Timelines

Once the refund is initiated, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing time.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, we recommend initiating a return for the eligible item (as per the policy above) and placing a new order on our website.
