Thank you for shopping with us at minisosrinagar.in! We are committed to delivering your favorite MINISO products to you in a timely and efficient manner. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification email once your order has been dispatched.
  • During high-volume periods, such as sales or festivals, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently ship to addresses across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹95 applies to all orders below ₹2000.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹2000 or more.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We are based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

  • Srinagar city: 1 - 2 business days (dispatched via our local delivery team)
  • Other locations within Jammu & Kashmir: 3 - 5 business days
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 5 - 7 business days
  • Rest of India: 7 - 10 business days

Please Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays are possible due to factors beyond our control.

4. Special Considerations for Shipments from Jammu & Kashmir

Due to our location, there can be unforeseen delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions (especially during winter months).
  • Road blockages and challenging terrain.
  • Regional holidays or disruptions.
  • Mandatory security checks on shipments.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays and will keep you informed if any major issue affects your shipment. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

5. Shipping Partners

To provide the best service, we use a combination of our own team and a trusted national courier:

  • For deliveries within Srinagar city: We use our own dedicated logistics team to ensure the fastest and safest possible delivery.
  • For all other locations across India: We partner with Delhivery, one of India's leading courier services, to deliver your orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number and a link to the courier's website (for orders shipped via Delhivery). You can use this to track your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

7. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct.
  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address (RTO - Return to Origin), we will contact you. Re-shipping the order will incur an additional shipping fee, which must be paid by the customer.

8. Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at minisosrinagar@gmail.com.
  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
  • We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
